Welcome to the Arizona Self-Insurers Association (ASIA)!

ASIA is committed to meeting the needs of self-insured and large deductible employers in an ever-changing workers’ environment. Established in 1983, ASIA has become the thought leader in workers’ compensation.

ASIA is the only employer association actively involved in the legislative and regulatory workers’ compensation process in Arizona. It is ASIA’s mission to provide one united voice to represent and speak for the interests of our members while closely working with legislation, the Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA), and key stakeholders.

We are proud of ASIA’s history by passing a host of legislative reforms to ensure the stability of the workers’ compensation system, while limiting regulatory burdens on Arizona self-insured and large deductible employers. Today ASIA has members represented by some of Arizona’s largest employers and we are excited to continue being effective in taking the lead lobbying in a series of bills on behalf of our members.

SELF-INSURED MEMBERSHIP in ASIA is open to qualified, self-insured employers and government agencies in Arizona - our membership base includes a broad range of entities in both the public and private sector. Special rates are available to those members from the public sector.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP is available to professionals and companies employed by firms representing self-insured employers and individuals, and whose interests are compatible with those of self-insured employers.
